ENG: EDU CIRC: Training Pathway for the Site Manager (Construction Site Manager)
The training pathway was structured into five progressive “Steps”, developed together with the participants to guide them gradually from the theoretical framework to practical application. The course began with an overview of sustainability concepts, introducing Green Public Procurement (GPP), the 2030 Agenda, and the Italian national plans implementing European directives. It then moved into a more detailed analysis of the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) and the measures and opportunities linked to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), with a specific focus on the construction sector. In the following phase, the concept of waste was clarified, first in general terms and then with a specific focus on construction sites, including an analysis of the main operational procedures in the building sector. This pathway provided the necessary foundation for the subsequent module on the management of Excavated Earth and Rocks as by-products, addressing the correct methods for their use in compliance with current regulations.

Il percorso formativo è stato strutturato in cinque “Passi” progressivi, sviluppati insieme ai corsisti per accompagnarli gradualmente dalla cornice teorica agli aspetti operativi. Il percorso è iniziato con un inquadramento generale sui concetti di sostenibilità, introducendo il Green Public Procurement (GPP), l’Agenda 2030 e i piani nazionali italiani di attuazione delle direttive europee. Successivamente, il corso è entrato nel dettaglio dei Criteri Ambientali Minimi (CAM) e delle misure e opportunità collegate al PNRR, con particolare riferimento al settore edilizio. Nella fase seguente è stato chiarito il concetto di rifiuto, dapprima in termini generali e poi con un focus specifico sul cantiere, analizzando le principali procedure operative per l’edilizia. Questo percorso ha fornito le basi necessarie per affrontare il modulo successivo dedicato alla gestione delle Terre e Rocce da Scavo come sottoprodotto, approfondendo le modalità corrette per il loro utilizzo nel rispetto della normativa vigente.
GER: EDU CIRC: Qualifizierungsweg für die Bauleiterin / den Bauleiter
Der Weiterbildungsweg wurde in fünf aufeinander aufbauende „Schritte“ gegliedert, die gemeinsam mit den Teilnehmenden entwickelt wurden, um sie schrittweise von den theoretischen Grundlagen zur praktischen Anwendung zu führen. Der Kurs begann mit einer Einführung in die Konzepte der Nachhaltigkeit sowie in Green Public Procurement (GPP), die Agenda 2030 und die italienischen nationalen Umsetzungspläne der europäischen Richtlinien. Anschließend folgte eine vertiefte Auseinandersetzung mit den Mindestumweltkriterien (CAM) sowie den Maßnahmen und Förderinstrumenten des Nationalen Aufbau- und Resilienzplans (PNRR), mit besonderem Fokus auf den Bausektor. In der darauffolgenden Phase wurde der Begriff Abfall zunächst allgemein und anschließend spezifisch im Kontext der Baustelle erläutert, einschließlich der Analyse der wichtigsten operativen Verfahren im Bauwesen. Dieser Lernpfad bildete die notwendige Grundlage für das nachfolgende Modul zur Bewirtschaftung von Aushubmaterial (Erde und Gestein) als Nebenprodukt, wobei die korrekten Nutzungsweisen unter Einhaltung der geltenden Vorschriften vermittelt wurden.
